Annual Report 2020-2021
1. Academic Achievements:
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, every student from classes Prep to 9th and 11th were promoted in subsequent classes.
Class 10th Board Result was 100% and 12th result was 94.4%.
2. Environment education:
Students were encouraged to plant trees in their surrounding areas. Also, students were made aware of the ill effects of using Plastic items (especially use and throw i.e. plastic bags, disposable plastic items).
Videos related to all the above-mentioned topics were shared by teachers on an online mode.
3. Sports Achievement:
Students were made to perform Yoga through online classes. A separate Time-Table was made for each class.
4. Innovative Teaching:
School has purchased License from GOOGLE in the month of June 2020, to conduct online classes using Google Classroom and Google Meet.
Teachers were given the training to conduct online classes on Google Meet and post material in Google Classroom for future reference of students.
Teachers were using Teaching Aids during live classes.
5. PTA Activities:
PTA was formed in the month of February 2020 for the upcoming session by following all guidelines of Govt. It was decided by PTA to increase the annual fee of each class by 10%.
However, due to the Pandemic, the court decided to collect 70% of the fee in 3 installments. Therefore, the school followed these same instructions.
6. Important Decision taken in SMC:
The members of SMC appreciated the steps taken by the school towards Online Teaching.
The decision was also taken to encourage students as well as parents to attend online classes through telephonic calls or by personal visits.
