St. Matthew’s School is a day school for three-year-old Pre-Nursery students to Class 12 students. Our vision is to provide an excellent, well-balanced quality English medium education in a loving, caring and controlled atmosphere. We hope that you enjoy your online experience! St. Matthews’s group of schools was founded in 1998 by Dr. Thomas Matthews, a visionary and educationist, who had a very strong desire to provide affordable, quality English medium education. The school is an unaided Christian minority school, and is open to children of all communities.
As you read about St. Matthew’s School in these pages, you will see that we have tried to convey the excitement of our learning community which is found in the lap of the lush green Aravalli hills. This tranquil location is the perfect setting for young minds to contemplate, learn and be inspired.
The school follows the syllabus prescribed by NCERT and the Central Board of Secondary Education.
At St. Matthew’s School we believe that learning is not just a path to university and a career, but it is also a path to pleasure in life. We encourage our students to look beyond textbooks and use creative methods to solidify learning concepts.
We balance parental involvement with the need to develop an appropriate level of independence in our children. We believe parents are partners with us in the student’s education and together we can help shape their child’s future.
Choosing a career is not an easy process. Our school helps in career guidance by providing counselling as well as conducting workshops and seminars to help the students gain confidence in planning their future.
St. Matthew’s academic year begins in the first week of April and ends in March, with an 8-week summer break in May and June.
The school provides the opportunity to make discoveries and get first-hand knowledge from the environment around us.
